BLOG: A small, yet prepared, group headed out to Palo Alto, California to compete in the Payton Jordan Invitational on Saturday. We had men and women competing in the 800, 1500, and the steeplechase. This meet is known for its distance races and amazing competition and it certainly lived up to my expectations this year.
